Pre-opening Stage
Please note that the Mountain Villas are in pre-opening stage, meaning there is still some work being conducted on the site ie: installation of the phone and data networks, construction of the pool, some landscaping and building activity onsite. If you have any queries, please discuss with our Reservations team.
Tariffs
Following is a table of our rates for O'Reilly's Mountain Villas. Our Reservations Department will be happy to assist you with your enquiry and answer any questions you may have.
The following rates are valid from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009 and are per villa per night.
1. High Season
(20.12.08 - 15.01.09; 10.04.09 - 19.04.09) - Minimum Stay 3 Nights

Rates:
- Rates include accommodation only
- Prices are based on per villa per night, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST
- 10% discount (on all nights) off accommodation rates for stays of 5 nights or more
- Group and Conference rates available on request
Bedding:

Rates based on use of existing bedroom bedding (ie: 3 x King Splits in Three Bedroom, 2 x King Splits in Two Bedroom)

Additional bedding: sofa bed $40.00 per stay (linen and towels) or day bed $40.00 per stay (linen and towels)
Maximum Numbers:

Three Bedroom: 9 people (3 x King Split, 1 x Queen Fold Out, 1 x Day Bed)

Two Bedroom: 7 people (2 x King Splits, 1 x Queen Fold Out, 1 x Day Bed)
Servicing:

Full service provided every 7 days (for the 8th night)

If staying longer than 7 days, service will be provided mid point of stay
