Location

The Lost World Spa is the centrepiece of O'Reilly's Mountain Villas, located at the base of the village of 48 luxury, fully self-contained two & three bedroom villas set amongst the natural setting. Guest parking is available at the rear of the Spa.

Opening Hours

The Spa is open from Wednesday - Monday (closed Tuesday) with extended hours for your convenience and enjoyment and is available for guests staying at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, O'Reilly's Mountain Villas or for day visitors.

We believe that relaxation and rejuvenation are closely linked to nature and that our beautiful setting is an integral part of the process of reconnection with the healing powers of nature

Spa Etiquette

To ensure that all of our guests enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise is kept to a minimum. Mobile telephones should be turned off before you enter the Spa. Smoking is prohibited in the Spa and we recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol prior to the enjoyment of your Spa service.

What to Wear

Some guests choose to undress completely for body treatments, although you may choose to wear your underwear. During body treatments you will be respectfully draped with large warm towels, with only specific areas undergoing treatment being exposed. Please bring your own swimwear if you plan to visit the pool.

Minimum Age

The minimum age for Spa guests is 16 years of age.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment, ensuring adequate time for you to change into a robe and slippers, use the steam room facilities, relax with a herbal tea and fill in your consultation form. Please understand that if you arrive late your treatment may be reduced accordingly.

Cancellations

We request cancellations or change of appointments to be advised by close of business the day prior; otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will apply.

Public Holidays

A surcharge may apply to treatments and rituals booked on public holidays. Any surcharge will be advised upon reservation.

In-house Guests

Guests staying at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat and O'Reilly's Mountain Villas are welcome to charge Spa treatments to your guest account. Please note that we do recommend pre-booking for Spa treatments in advance of arrival.
