The 2007 vintage of Molly Reserve Chardonnay has been made from premium chardonnay fruit from our South Burnett vines. The dry growing season has resulted in grapes that have produced a medium bodied wine with tropical flavours. This vintage has been lightly oaked to display the rich fruit flavours.

Chef Rob Wauters 'Dish of the Month' is the delicious Berkshire Pork Steak with Steamed Vegetables, Potato Gratin and topped with Pink Lady Apple Confit - a mouth-watering spring dish!
