To be allowed to eat this succulent duck leg is quite an honour. Forget Duck a l'orange, Chef Rob has taken roast duck to another planet with citrus marmalade and pieces of orange and lemon rind treated with the Chef Rob special touch. Arrive by 11:30am for a 12:00pm start in the Wine Cellar with our Viticulturalist Daffyd Westlake to taste and savour these new releases. Even though we lost our Semillon vines with the flood at the Vineyard earlier this year, luckily we still have our vines at the Ballandean estate. Therefore, we will be launching our limited edition Semillon 2008 vintage later this year and invite you to join us for this special occasion. 'MUSIC BY THE CREEK' BLUES FESTIVAL - 6th July

Join us as we 'jazz it up' during our 'Music by the Creek' Blues Festival, on Sunday 6th July. Come and enjoy an afternoon of great food and live music featuring renowned Blues artist Bo Jenkins and his band, Australia's premier Blues / Harp player Chris Wilson and The Easybeats' Stevie Wright, plus special guest Sarah Carroll. VINEYARD NEWS

All the harvests have now been completed, with Mike Hayes ecstatic over the quality of the Chambourcin fruit. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the second harvest for the Port grapes and we will keep you posted on the Port's progress.

The vines will now start to go into their dormant stage over the cooler months, but we are looking forward to replanting the Semillon vines out the front of the property in July or August this year. Our Vineyard Supervisor Glen will then spend some quality time keeping the nutrition up to the vines and the pests away.
