Mike Hayes is a third generation Viticulturalist and winemaker, and is looking after our 2006 Vintage. Mike has a great passion for the wine industry and is based at Symphony Hill Wines in the Granite Belt, having made award-winning wines in various wine regions around Australia and New Zealand for the last 25 years.
Mike is known for his passion for integrating viticultural and winemaking techniques, and his passion for wine has no bounds. His invaluable experience in growing winegrapes is essential to producing the best fruit, in order to make the best wine.
