Team Building

Challenge your delegates to make their way across the 'River Crossing', through the tricky 'Spiders Web', or a pulse racing session on our 180 metre Flying Fox as part of your conference program.

Activities are led by our guides or you may prefer to use a facilitator for a bit of extra motivation. Either way our team building activities will have your delegates interacting with a difference.

Flying Fox

An exhilarating way to energise the group. Team members will feel the wind in their face and fear in their hearts as they zip down the 180m cable and contemplate the forest floor 25 metres below. (minimum 15 people)

Spiders Web

Team members must try to squeeze through the web without touching any of the web material. After the web opening has been used, it is not available for any other team member to pass through. Don't take to long because we're timing you…(minimum 15 people)

River Crossing

The object is of this team building activity is to get your team the team across the mock river from one bank to the other without touching the water in any way, using the available planks. The clock is ticking... (minimum 15 people)

 

Facilitators

Does your team need some motivation? O'Reilly's are also happy to recommend and source the service of external facilitators. We maintain relationships with a number of external professionals who specialise in various fields.
