Instead of posting pages of forms why not set up an online registration form which also saves you man hours transferring hand written data.

Reduce conference printing materials distributed at the event.
O’Reilly’s has recently purchased a state of the art electronic whiteboard/projector which can scan whiteboard notes and produce a digital copy that can be emailed to all delegates simultaneously rather than printed.

Utilising an outdoor area and taking advantage of natural lighting & fresh mountain breezes that O’Reilly’s is famous for reduces power otherwise used for lighting etc Hosting a meeting in a unique outdoor location also makes events more memorable and keep your delegates attentive and excited.
